Metellus Scipio

Metellus Scipio- A rich senator who was one of the main leaders of the Anti-Caesar faction. I'll let a historian's description of him do the job:

From all that can be learned of this Scipio, he was as personally despicable and as politically reactionary as they come, a debauchee of singular repulsiveness, an incompetent and bull-headed commander, an undisciplined tyrant in the possession of authority, an extortioner of the provinces, and a bankrupt.

Not exactly the best type of character. Being a member of the illustrious Scipio family that had produced the great General Scipio Africanus who defeated Hannibal, I wanted to kill two birds with one stone- and so, I feel I successfully fulfilled the well known anime trope of the spoiled blonde sausage-curled brat .

The "weapon" she's carrying btw, is not a weapon, it is the Fasces, or the Roman Republics Emblem of power. It is a bundle of Rods bound together with an axe in the center. It is from the fasces that the word fascist is derived.
